At Mellowwild, we want you to love every cuddly companion you bring home. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at denggannan@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Non-Defective Returns

For returns not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
